Summer and the holidays are here, but that does not stop HydX from providing our customers with fast and reliable service. We receive orders, make deliveries and supply original spare parts throughout the summer. Availability, flexibility and service are hugely important to us at HydX Hydraulic Solutions and we take great pride in being available year-round. Even though it is summer and people are on holiday, we respond to queries, take orders, make deliveries and supply original spare parts. We support our customers from idea to implementation, we customise solutions, meet customers’ wishes, and try to ensure quick and reliable deliveries. Everything will take place just as normal, within a reasonable timeframe. This is why our priority is to be fully staffed at both the office and warehouse over the whole summer. “Our warehouse in Ystad is fully stocked and an order that comes in before 2 pm CET will be sent the same day,” explains HydX’s Sales Manager Henrik Pålsson. “Even though it is the holiday season in Sweden, we have competent personnel on site. We are here for you, our customer, just like always. All you have to do is send an email or call, and we will do our utmost to help you. This applies to both new projects and original spare parts.”
HydX Hydraulic Solutions was established in 2009, is part of Volito Automation and is building an exciting partnership together with its sister companies ETP Kraftelektronik and Mobile Integrator. Together, we can deliver hydraulics, electronics, batteries and control systems in whatever combination the customer needs. HydX’s head office in Ystad has a comprehensive warehouse of high-quality products from our world-leading partners, such as Danfoss, Scanreco, Black Bruin, Parker, Reggiana Riduttori, Delta Power Company and Bosch Rexroth. “No matter what time of year, we always aim to offer the same good collaboration we always do.
